Steal An Egg Enchanted Forest — 13th Biome & 50B Speed Gate

The Enchanted Forest in Steal An Egg: Update 7's new biome past Angels vs Demons. 50B Speed gate, Enchanted Lion guardian, Wisp, Enchanted Tree & secrets.

What is the Enchanted Forest in Steal An Egg?

The Enchanted Forest is the 13th biome in Steal An Egg and the furthest area on the map, added in Update 7 on October 3, 2026. It sits directly past Angels vs Demons, and it is gated behind a 50B (50 billion) Speed requirement — the highest Speed gate in the game.

Everything Update 7 shipped lives behind that gate: the Wisp NPC and its three-quest chain, the Enchanted Tree, the Butterfly Bloom farm, the Enchanted Essence economy, the Enchanted mutation, and a reported eight new pets. This page covers the biome itself — where it sits in the progression, what Speed you need, who guards the nest, and what is waiting inside.

All Steal An Egg biomes and speed requirements

Biomes follow one route out from your base, so every Speed milestone opens the next area and, with it, eggs that hatch better pets. The complete 13-biome table below comes from one source, Eldorado.gg; the Enchanted Forest row — 13th biome, 50B Speed, Enchanted Lion guardian, directly past Angels vs Demons — is confirmed by a second, independent write-up.

Note the step from Angels vs Demons (20B) to the Enchanted Forest (50B): a 2.5× increase, the largest relative gap on the route, and the reason most players spend a long stretch parked in Angels vs Demons. How each of those gates is paid for — Treadmill training, Trail multipliers, Speed Shop purchases and Pet Index rewards — is broken down on the Speed guide.

How do you reach the Enchanted Forest?

One requirement: 50B Speed. No quest gate, no key item, no shortcut.

  1. Push your total Speed to 50B. Speed comes from training tracks and from pet income, so the fastest route is always the best pets from the biome you already farm.
  2. Follow the single map route. Biomes run in a line out from your base, and the Enchanted Forest is the last stop, directly past Angels vs Demons. Travel to the far end of the map — the scenery switching from the angels and demons arena to forest is your confirmation.
  3. Verify you crossed the gate. If the forest does not react to you, you are not at 50B yet. The Wisp only spawns for players at 50B+ Speed, which makes the NPC the cleanest in-game check of your total.

One warning that applies to every biome and bites hardest here: minimum Speed is only half the job. Stealing wakes the biome’s guardian, and it chases you until you reach safety. Heavier eggs mean better pets but a slower escape, and a caught egg is a lost egg — in the Enchanted Forest you are outrunning an Enchanted Lion, so take eggs you can actually carry home.

What is inside the Enchanted Forest?

  • The Wisp NPC. The Wisp floats on the right side of the biome, next to the recommended speed board, reading as a yellow circle with a small spirit inside. Interacting with it starts a three-quest chain: steal 20 Enchanted Forest eggs, fuse 20 Enchanted Forest animals, and steal any one Eternal egg from any biome. Rarity and weight never matter.
  • The Enchanted Tree. Finishing all three quests unseals the tree. Inside it you find a free Butterfly Net, the recurring Butterfly Bloom event, and the Mutation Shrine where Enchanted Essence is crafted; the net and the Bloom farm are covered in the butterfly guide.
  • The secret rooms. Community write-ups describe hidden rooms in the tree area: a Mushroom Puzzle, a room holding the Jitterbug egg, and a room holding Cricket’s Banjo. This is exploration content rather than part of the Essence loop — and the kind of detail worth re-checking in-game after a patch.
  • The Starry Fox. The biome’s own secret pet, reported as the reward for players who comb the forest instead of grinding the nest. Neither write-up pins down its exact unlock condition, so treat any precise trigger you see quoted as unconfirmed.

Update 7 also added eight new pets, according to both write-ups we compared. Neither publishes a matching name list, so this page deliberately does not list them — see the pets index for the entries we can verify.

The Update 7 loop: what to do first

The Wisp questline is the gate on the entire update. No net, no Butterfly Bloom, no Enchanted Essence and no Enchanted mutation exists until those three quests are done, so the questline comes before any farming. It also pays for itself: the 20 Enchanted Forest eggs and 20 animals it asks for are the strongest pets you have access to at that point, which makes the quest work your first real Speed push. Only quest three is slow, because Eternal-rarity eggs are rare spawns in every biome and the fix is patience and server hopping, not raw Speed.

Once the tree is open, the loop is permanent. Each part has its own guide:

Steal An Egg Enchanted Forest FAQ

How much Speed do I need for the Enchanted Forest? 50B (50 billion) Speed — the highest requirement in Steal An Egg and a 2.5× jump over Angels vs Demons at 20B. Below that, the biome’s NPC does not spawn for you, which is also the fastest way to test whether you have actually arrived at the gate.

What guardian protects the Enchanted Forest? The Enchanted Lion. As in every biome, taking an egg wakes the guardian and it chases you back toward your base; heavier eggs are worth more but slow you down during the escape.

Is there an Enchanted Forest code in Steal An Egg? No. There is no biome-unlock code, and Steal An Egg has never had an official code redemption system — the codes status page tracks every check we have run. Anyone selling a “biome code” is guessing.

How many pets did Update 7 add? Eight, according to both write-ups. Neither publishes the same complete name list, so treat any specific list you see elsewhere as unconfirmed; the pets index carries only entries we can verify.
